What is The HUE Crew Rewards Program?
The HUE Crew Rewards Program is dpHUE’s official loyalty program and our way of saying thank HUE for sticking with us.
Who can join the program?
Anyone with a dpHUE account is automatically enrolled. No extra steps required. Ready to start earning? Create Account.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points through a variety of activities including making a purchase, referring friends, or even following us on social. To see all available ways to earn, visit the Earn Points tab in your account menu.
Do earned points expire?
Yes. All points earned expire approximately 12 months from the date added to the user’s account.
How do I view my point balance?
Head to the Redeem Points tab in your customer account to view all available rewards. If you have enough pointsm you can redeem them for a reward and apply it at checkout!
Is there a limit to the numbe rof points I can earn?
No, there’s no earning cap on the amount of points a customer can acquire.
What do the ‘Approved”, “Pending, and "Cancelled" statuses mean?
Approved: These points are available to redeem immediately.
- Pending: These points are being verified and can’t be redeemed yet. This usually applies to purchases and referrals.
- Cancelled: These points won’t be added to your account. This can happen if an order is cancelled or returned.
How long do points take to be deposited to my account?
Standard points can take up to 20 days to be deposited on your account with the exception of a few activities.
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Any referral points associated with that order will be cancelled and removed from your account.
Why did my balance go down?
This means you, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase, which resulted in points being removed.
Can I use my points during checkout?
Yes, points can be redeemed for a discount code that can be applied during checkout. Once redeemed, your reward will be ready to use on your order.
How do I leave the program?
If you’d like to unenroll, please contact our customer care team. Once unenrolled, any unused points will be forfeited.
What happens if I leave and decide to rejoin later?
You’re welcome to rejoin at any time by contacting us—but your point balance will reset to zero.
